How it all started
Welcome to VIT Homes Realty LLC. My name is Vitaly Skuratov, founder and owner of VIT Homes. With my lovely wife/teammate/backbone Yulia, we are also known by our closest friends as team “VITULIA”. We are honored that since 2005, Jacksonville has been our home for our family, which includes 2 spoiled little pups named “Tequila” and Mojito”. Ever since arriving to Jacksonville, Real Estate has been a passion and we are proud to say that we are nearing our 20-year anniversary. We have lived, worked, learned, and survived though TURBULENT times of 2007-2009. As recovery begun in 2009, many opportunities started to present themselves. We started to invest in real estate, which led us to expand our knowledge beyond buying, selling, and renting. We opened a REMODELING business, learned how to flip homes but also which homes to remodel and keep for our rental portfolio as residual income. Just recently we all went through yet another UNIQUE few years in 2020, 2021 and 2022. When it comes to Real Estate, many people made the right decision, bought or/and sold successfully but unfortunately, on the other hand, many others weren’t as lucky. Right representation is everything. At VIT Homes, we will be honored to have an opportunity to serve you with all your Real Estate needs and protect your biggest assets as our own.

While under contract, most sellers get very stressed once the buyer’s repair list comes in. Not with VIT HOMES. We can and will tackle pretty much anything that comes with it.
